The 133 operators below hold 119,659 allocated blocks between them, which is 96% of every block Ofcom currently records as allocated. The remainder is spread across hundreds of providers holding a handful of blocks each, which is too little to say anything useful about. A range holder is not the caller: numbers are resold, ported and spoofed, so treat the operator name as the wholesale provider behind a number, never as proof of who is on the line.
